ORDERING PROCEDURE
Once you've found something you like and wish to make a purchase,
1) Leave a comment on the particular entry 2) Your comment should include the item you're interested in as the "Subject", and your e-mail in the 'Message' section 3) For blog users, please comment with your username 4) For non-blog users, please comment with your name in the "Subject" title. 5) All comments will be screened before it gets posted.

PAYMENT METHODS Once we've received your comments/enquiries, we will invoice you immediately if the stock is available. The invoice will contain payment methods and total amount that needs to be transacted.
The following methods are available:
1) POSB/UOB Funds Transfer (preferred) OR 2) Interbank Transfer
Items will be sent out upon receiving of payment.
DELIVERY 1) Delivery is only available in Singapore. Postage prices per pair is $5. Meet ups can be arranged at appropriate time. 2) Registered mails are recommended at only an additional cost of $2.24 on top of normal postage. 3) If you're an overseas customer and is genuinely interested in the item. Kindly email to enquiry.solegalore@yahoo.com.sg for payment and delivery methods.
TERMS & CONDITIONS 1) Sole Galore will not be held responsible for lost/damaged mailed-out items should you not opt for registered mail. 2) Sole Galore do not do reservations. Any requests for custom alterations will be subjected to number of orders and visibility of producing one. 3) All items are fixed priced. 4) Any adjustment required, example expanding of the tip of the footwear, can be arranged. 5) Sole Galore do not do refunds, returns, or exchanges. All items are inspected before mailing out. 6) Kindly respect the designs of the footwear. Great effort has been put into the footwear design where style meets comfort.
